Independent Contractor Info

• Independent contractors are not employees of NBDS Inc.
• Independent contractors are contracted with on a per job basis to complete projects for NBDS inc clients.
• Independent contractors will be expected to complete projects within an agreed upon time frame for NBDS inc clients.
• NBDS inc does not manage the contractors time or resources but will hold contractors responsible for SLA agreements.
